Overview

Responsibilities

Warehouse Manager

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the warehouse team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee the organization and tracking of all goods, ensuring accurate inventory counts and implementing inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Plan and implement efficient warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and optimize operational processes.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, labor productivity) and implement improvements as needed.
  • Handle issues and anomalies related to shipping, inventory, or orders.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage finished goods and raw materials warehouses and the daily operation of the warehouse system.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Quality Manager

  • Responsible for setting and breaking down departmental quality objectives and supervising subordinate engineers.
  • Monitor progress through regular meetings, assign tasks, and guide teams.
  • Organize departmental training to improve quality awareness and capabilities.
  • Coordinate and manage the quality control process for incoming materials, production, shipments, and customer complaints; review data to monitor quality trends.
  • Chair daily and regular quality meetings and promote collaboration across departments to resolve quality issues.
  • Track and enforce corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure of quality issues.
  • Lead handling of customer complaints and major internal anomalies with rapid response and containment.
  • Supervise root-cause analysis and verify effectiveness of improvements by responsible departments.
  • Liaise with headquarters quality department, report support needs, and promote localization of HQ strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve quality disputes and bottlenecks; complete other tasks as assigned.

Laboratory Manager

  • Responsible for the overall management of the laboratory and ensuring quality testing services.
  • Lead the establishment and improvement of the ISO 17025 laboratory management system; formulate quality policies and ensure release of quality manuals and procedures.
  • Ensure effective operation of the laboratory management system and allocate necessary resources.
  • Define organizational structure and responsibilities of management and quality control personnel.
  • Regularly organize management reviews of the laboratory to ensure continued suitability and effectiveness of the ISO 17025 system.
  • Ensure all employees receive appropriate training and comply with internal rules and legal requirements.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
  • Warehouse Manager — At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse operations (preferred); familiar with finished goods and raw materials warehouse management; proficient in operating warehouse management systems; strong leadership and interpersonal skills; experience with ASRS management and overseas shipping operations (preferred); ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Quality Manager — Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields (preferred); familiar with ISO 13485 medical device QMS; practical quality management experience; strong communication and team management skills.
  • Laboratory Manager — Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Microbiology, Medicine, or related field; knowledge of ISO 17025 accreditation requirements and medical device regulations; familiarity with ISO 13485; 3+ years of management experience in medical devices; strong leadership and communication skills.
