Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner
As a Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner, you will be the bridge between the Regional Supply and Demand Planning team and Country teams on all supply chain matters. You will bring and maintain supply chain visibility in Singapore and Malaysia. You will feed market intelligence for demand forecasting and supply planning, and provide end-to-end visibility of the supply chain across service, inventory, and costs to the General Manager and Head of Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate S&OP processes to ensure alignment between demand, supply, financial plans, launch and animation plans.
- Communicate the situation on slow-moving or discontinued products to determine inventory reduction plans and ensure minimal ageing stock.
- Review and validate Open-to-Buy with Regional Planning team and the Head of Finance and Operations.
- Monitor replenishment and OSA performance at store levels and flag issues.
- Propose changes to store replenishment parameters with Regional Planning to optimize OSA, deliveries and inventory.
- Act as the bridge between planning and execution, including NPI local distribution.
- Act as the gatekeeper for Singapore and Malaysia for service, cost and inventory imperatives.
- Conduct monthly supply chain reviews with the Regional Supply Chain Director.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the point of contact for General Managers to optimize inventory, improve forecast accuracy and enhance overall business performance.
- Partner with Regional Demand and Supply Planning teams and Head of Finance and Operations towards a consensus rolling forecast.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required.
- At least 6 years of experience with a proven track record in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management and supply chain optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead S&OP processes and integrate financial and operational planning.
- Experience in managing product lifecycles and strategies for inventory reduction and aged stock minimization.
- Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills with good communication.
- Technical proficiency in S&OP and ERP software, and advanced data analysis tools.
- Adaptability and commitment to drive improvement in a dynamic retail environment.
