Job summary

A leading Asset Management company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Facilities Management professional to supervise daily operations in soft services. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years experience in the field, including 3 years in a managerial role. The role encompasses managing operations, maintaining service quality, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This is a renewable contract until October 2026, subject to management approval.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage daily soft services operations (Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise site teams and monitor performance to meet service standards and client expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on all soft services matters.
• Coordinate and monitor vendors and contractors, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
• Handle incidents, complaints, and service issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with licenses, insurances, and regulatory requirements.
• Support achievement of contract revenue, cost control, and profitability targets.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support sustainability and operational excellence initiatives across soft services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, or related field from a university recognized by the Malaysian Government.
• 10 years of experience in Facilities Management with strong exposure to soft services operations (Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management).
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, leading operations teams and managing service providers or contractors.
• Demonstrated strong operational leadership with the ability to manage incidents, drive service quality, and meet SLA/KPI requirements.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Remark: The contract is until October 2026. Renewable contract subject to management approval.
