  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, including regulatory standards (eg FDA, ISO 13485, GMP)
  • Familiar with plastic component manufacturing processes (eg injection moulding, extrusion, cleanroom production) and ODM models, including design collaboration and product customisation for clients
  • Performance‑driven with strong independent problem‑solving abilities
  • Rapid learner with adaptable and resourceful mindset
