We are a global music publishing company, home to a wide array of legendary songwriters and a rich catalog of contemporary hits and influential standards. With us, you’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of copyrights and royalties administration while having fun and working on some of the most iconic songs ever written.
As Manager, Royalties Payable, reporting to the Director, Administration APAC, you will manage and lead the end‑to‑end outbound royalties primarily for Taiwan and Hong Kong markets, assisting in other APAC territories when necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate songwriter payments, coordinating external and internal audits, and driving continuous improvement in reporting, workflow, and controls.
This is a newly created position as an individual contributor and a pivotal role, with the opportunity to influence business practices and develop a customer‑focused royalty function. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Finance, Income Tracking, Royalty Processing, Copyright, and our affiliate offices—while maintaining strong relationships with songwriters, clients, and global stakeholders. This role is preferably to be based in our Taiwan office, and we are open to place in Malaysia office subject to suitable candidate's presence.
