A prominent educational institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Manager for Research and Development. The successful candidate will manage the research culture, strengthen institutional performance, and lead national and global research initiatives. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a postgraduate qualification being advantageous, and at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in managing research grants and audits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the TAR UMT research culture, opportunities, collaborations, strengthening institutional performance and championing national and global research priorities. The candidate is also expected to coordinate the data and monitor institutional performance metrics related to MyRA, SETARA, QS ranking, and other research-related audits.
Candidates should possess a minimum recognized Bachelor's degree in the relevant field, postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' working experience, preferably in research grants and research related audit.
