  • Ensure adherence to Global Retail Environment standards and regional directives.
  • Oversee approvals, design signoffs, and execution checkpoints.
  • Proactively identify deviations, quality risks, and execution gaps; drive corrective actions.
  • Support flagship and strategic projects with enhanced governance focus.
Task 3: Strategic Initiatives, Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead and drive regional strategic initiatives related to store formats, cost optimization, speed-to-market, and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization, modularization, and sustainability.
  • Translate strategic intent into actionable regional programs and playbooks.
Task 4: Regional Performance Tracking, Reporting & Insights
  • Own SEA-level dashboards covering project status, design readiness, timelines, and risks.
  • Maintain consolidated insights on project health and delivery performance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and decision-support materials.
  • SEA project delivery adherence (timeline, readiness, quality). Governance and compliance effectiveness across markets. Impact of strategic initiatives (cost, speed, scalability, quality). Quality of regional reporting and leadership visibility. Stakeholder confidence and alignment scores.
