A leading e-commerce company in Malaysia is seeking a Manager for Platform Systems & Operations Integration. The successful candidate will design, integrate, and optimize the technical systems supporting e-commerce operations. This highly technical role involves working closely with Product and Tech teams to align product requirements with operational needs. Candidates should have experience with e-commerce platforms and knowledge in SQL or Python to automate workflows. Strong data analysis skills are essential for system optimization and monitoring KPIs.
The Strategy & Projects (S&P) team works with stakeholders across all business functions in Grab to drive continuous improvements and lead special projects which would contribute to overall growth of the business. The team is responsible to generate business insights, propose data-driven strategic initiatives and lead large cross-functional projects to grow the business across Mobility, Deliveries ( GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress) & Groceries (Jaya Grocer & Everrise).
The Manager, Platform Systems & Operations Integration will be responsible for designing, integrating, and optimising the technical systems that underpin our end-to-end e-commerce operations. This is a highly technical, cross-functional role that bridges Product, Tech, Operations, and Strategy and requires someone who can translate operational requirements into scalable product builds, system logic, analytics, and automation.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and understands how WMS, IMS, OMS, ERP, and fulfilment/delivery systems interact. Beyond system configuration, you are expected to use data, logic, and automation to build workflows that scale. You must be able to:
