Job description
Manager, Order Management & Inventory Control

This role is responsible for end-to-end operational governance, covering master data integrity, order fulfilment, inventory controls, financial compliance support, and process standardisation. The position acts as a key coordination point between Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate data, smooth operations, and strong internal controls.

Order Management, Logistics & Retail Support
  • Manage appointed logistics partners, overseeing delivery coordination, order fulfilment, returns, and stock movements.
  • Oversee weekly order cycles, including store transfers and free-of-charge item replenishments.
  • Act as the key liaison with the Singapore warehouse and regional counterparts to ensure seamless cross‑border coordination.
Inventory Control & Reporting
  • Lead the annual physical stock take, including nationwide coordination, and ensure timely reconciliation and issue resolution.
  • Prepare monthly inventory analyses and reconciliation reports for both stock and non‑stock items, highlighting variances and control gaps.
Data Governance & Systems
  • Own the creation, maintenance, and governance of Accounting and Item Master Data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and readiness for system migrations and periodic data cleansing.
  • Perform pricing and gross margin validations for item setup in alignment with internal controls and Group policies.
  • Support compliance by ensuring master data and operational processes adhere to established governance standards.
  • Conduct credit checks and verification procedures for AP and AR registrations in accordance with internal control requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation and compilation of self‑billed e‑invoice documentation (K1) for transactions with foreign suppliers.
Process & SOP Governance
  • Review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually to ensure processes remain current, efficient, and compliant.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing practical enhancements.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Provide guidance and task oversight to at least one direct report.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners, demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Job Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and presentation tools (PowerPoint / Power BI views).
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP.
  • High attention to detail, structured working style, and strong command of English.

  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required for stock take activities.
