A leading telecommunications provider in Sarawak is seeking an experienced Manager, NOC & Support to ensure high network availability and performance. We’re looking for an experienced Manager, NOC & Support to lead our team in ensuring high network availability, performance, and reliability. This role focuses on proactive monitoring, quick fault resolution, and continuous service improvement to support our mission of delivering seamless connectivity across Sarawak.
Lead daily Network Operation Centre (NOC) operations to ensure optimal network performance and uptime.
Manage network surveillance, fault detection, and incident response processes.
Drive team performance to meet MTTR (Mean Time to Restore) and SLA targets.
Ensure effective communication and support for internal teams and customers.
Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and service teams to maintain operational excellence.
Improve SOPs and implement best practices for network monitoring and service restoration.
Mentor and develop NOC engineers to enhance technical capability and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements for telecommunications operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is an advantage).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Network or Service Operations Centre management.
Proven leadership and team management skills within NOC environments.
Strong knowledge of network monitoring tools, incident management, and service recovery processes.
Familiar with SLAs, performance reporting, and customer service standards.
Good understanding of telecommunications regulatory compliance in Malaysia.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
