Manager, IT Infrastructure and End-User Support

Lead the IT Infrastructure and End-User Support team within the Group Information Technology Department. Oversee all aspects of IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user support, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with company strategy, and manage compliance, risk, and vendor relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for IT Infrastructure and End-User Support activities.
  • Implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
  • Supervise IT service desk and end-user support, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL, PDPA Malaysia).
  • Lead and manage vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Promote continuous improvement, user training, and adoption of new technologies.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop IT teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and support.
