Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Manager, IT Governance who will be instrumental in fortifying our digital defenses, ensuring regulatory adherence, and fostering a robust IT control environment. What you'll be doing?

Develop IT governance frameworks: Craft and uphold IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards that adhere to ISO 27001, COBIT, and ITIL.

Ensure IT compliance: Guarantee that IT processes, controls, and governance practices are in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Conduct IT risk assessments: Carry out regular IT risk assessments and ensure that mitigation plans are effectively implemented.

Plan IT audits: Strategize and execute internal IT audits, ensuring that audit issues are promptly addressed.

Oversee cybersecurity management: Supervise cybersecurity strategies to protect our systems, networks, and data assets.

Develop IT policies: Create and update IT policies, standard operating procedures, and governance processes.

Monitor IT performance: Define and monitor key performance indicators, service level agreements, and performance metrics related to governance.

Stakeholder engagement: Prepare governance, cybersecurity, and audit reports for management and advise leadership on IT risk posture.

Who are they looking for?

Education and experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is essential.

Knowledge and skills: At least 7–10 years of experience in IT governance, IT audit, or cybersecurity, with hands‑on involvement in controls, compliance, and risk management.

Governance frameworks: A strong understanding of governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, and IT general controls (ITGC) is required.

Regulatory compliance: Proven experience in managing IT audits, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments.

Stakeholder management: Solid capability in stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration, and driving governance adoption across teams.

Analytical thinking: Excellent analytical thinking, communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
