Manager, Institution, Corporate & HNWI Business

Responsibilities

  • To solicit, acquire, and provide quality services to Institutional, Corporate, and High Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients to achieve the Company’s overall objectives in AUM and revenue.
  • Ability to develop and generate new business leads for the region, with the aim of increasing market share, successfully negotiating deals, and managing the allocated expense budget independently.
  • Ability to understand the sales cycle and strategy for investment management products across each market segment.
  • Preparing reports as required by management.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Implementing the sales process effectively and independently.
  • Any other activities to support the smooth running of the business.
  • Initiate and identify suitable regional events such as exclusive talks for client, exhibitions, and soft launches.
  • To undertake and perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or its equivalent.
  • Preferably has 8 years of working experience in the financial/investment industry, with at least 3 years in an investment/asset management firm or in priority/privileged/private banking.
  • Ability to learn and appreciate investment knowledge and products, with continuous effort to acquire the necessary knowledge and skill sets to provide comprehensive investment solutions to HNWI, corporate, and institutional clients.
  • A team player, proactive, and a self-starter.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess own transportation and be willing to travel.

Employment will begin under a contract period, with the opportunity for transition to a permanent position based on demonstrated performance and suitability for the role.
