Job description

Oversee the organisation’s financial resources to achieve the year’s revenue and budget goals.

Ensure financial accounts, audits and tax filings are completed accurately and in a timely manner and compliance with statutory, audit, tax and legislative requirements, generally responsible for the financial statements of the CRR and RFL.

Assist in setting targets of operating budget based on business planning, and monitor budget execution, analyse pre-realized differences.

Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

Perform month-end closing procedures, including overhead allocations, account reconciliations, and updating schedules.

Improve and optimize internal control processes, promote financial systematization and automation; review and improve day-to-day finances and month-end settlement process.
