Job summary

A leading logistics company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to support new facility setups and expansions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in facility functions and proven project management skills. Responsibilities include planning and assessing risks using FMEA, as well as ensuring equipment operations remain uninterrupted.

• Minimum 5 years in Facility functions or equivalent with proven track record.

• Support business in planning new facility setup or expansion projects.
• Lead and organize contractors coordination meetings for smooth project flow.
• Assess risk levels of projects using FMEA during planning.
• Maintain facility well-being and ensure zero downtime of operations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To support the business in planning the new facility setup or expansion project within the agreed completion lead-time with customer.
• To lead and organize contractors coordination meeting prior to the kick off of any facility new setup/ expansion to ensure smooth flow of facility setup project.
• To support the business by assessing the risk level of new project setup/ expansion project using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) during the project planning stage so as to minimize the risk level on the implementation stage.
• To support the business in maintaining the well being of facility and ensure zero downtime of facility & equipment operations.
