Responsibilities

  • Overall in charge of the daily operation in the TNB clinic.
  • Lead a medical team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and operational efficiency.
  • Provide diagnosis and evaluate patients who have illnesses or injuries.
  • Provide treatment and counselling to patients where necessary.
  • Prescribe medication or treatment plans to address the patient’s condition.
  • Keep up-to-date with current medication, technology, medical developments and treatment.
  • Mentor and supervising medical assistant, staff nurse and clinic assistant.
  • Collect history record and maintain sensitive patient information.
  • Supervise patient scheduling, registration, medical records, data entry, and processing.
  • Identify areas of improvement in patient care and treatment.
  • Assist in preparing the Budget Estimated and the Revised Budget of the TNB clinic.
  • Initiate or conduct investigation of any queries and refer to Senior Manager of Medical Management.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction and develop process improvements.
  • Assist with planning to evaluate performance levels and quality of service.
  • Ensure legal compliance with medical laws and regulations.

  • Ensure patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting and risk management when there is complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences
  • Assist with planning to evaluate performance levels, quality of service, productivity and futureneeds
  • Ensure legal compliance by following TNB policies, procedures, guidelines as well as medical benefit regulations
  • Ensure compliance with MOH Regulations, Medical Laws, Labour Laws, Safety Standards and other federal and local regulations
