The Role
  • Manage and support successful execution of CRM marketing campaigns
  • Enhance operational processes to support maintenance and growth of customer base, new business, and agents’ participation in campaigns
  • Manage campaign fulfilments and handle enquiries from the necessary stakeholders
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively share best risk management practices
  • Other responsibilities entailed
The Person
  • Possess a Degree in Marketing
  • Has at least 3-5 years of working experience in marketing or marketing support
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
