Conduct in-depth analysis of credit portfolios to assess performance, identify trends, and evaluate risk exposure.

Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and recommend adjustments to credit strategies as needed.

Oversee the development, maintenance, and enforcement of credit policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive credit planning initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Provide analytical support and insights to credit decision-making processes, including underwriting, pricing, and portfolio management.

Utilize quantitative models and tools to assess creditworthiness and recommend appropriate actions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 8 years relevant working experience preferably in banking / financial institutions with at least 5 years management exposure.

Strong analytical skills in credit risk assessment and credit score modelling.

Proficient in SQL, Python/R, Data Mining (Feature engineering), MLOPS (Model Deployment & Maintenance), understanding on ML algorithm, AWS Cloud services (preferred but experience on other cloud services is acceptable).

Good written and communication skills, analytical minded with a sense of accuracy.

Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
