Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Non-Biddable Planning & Buying

  • Develop and implement buying strategies across TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Cinema, Sponsorships, and Non-Biddable Digital platforms, ensuring alignment with broader media and business goals.
  • Timely and accurate execution of media campaigns across all non-biddable channels.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging media opportunities and recommend innovative, high-impact solutions.
  • Lead negotiations with media vendors to secure optimal rates, premium placements, and added value for clients.
  • Collaborate within teams to ensure media buys are strategically aligned and well-integrated into overall campaign plans.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization to meet KPIs.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to derive actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Proactively flag and address any issues or risks that may impact campaign delivery, quality, or timelines.
  • Support internal and client presentations with clear rationale, performance insights, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Inspire, mentor, and guide junior team members to cultivate a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to help the team meet both internal and client expectations.
  • Oversee all team deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, campaign reporting, and post-campaign reconciliation.
  • Drive workflow efficiencies and adopt best practices to enhance campaign execution and operational processes.
  • Maintain compliance with internal governance, financial processes, and reporting systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in media buying or media planning within a media agency.
  • Strong understanding of media planning principles, campaign implementation processes, and performance measurement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation), with the ability to use Power BI for campaign and performance data analysis and visualization.
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint – capable of developing clear, compelling presentations for both internal and client-facing purposes.
  • Familiar with industry tools and systems such as Arianna, Instar Analytics, and other media analytics dashboards, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, continuously evolving media landscape.
