Key Responsibilities
  • Application Services Management: Lead ERP implementation/enhancement projects, translate business requirements into functional specifications, conduct gap analysis, and oversee system integration.
  • Project Delivery & Coordination: Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage testing cycles, and drive Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Partner with academic/business units, lead change initiatives, and provide clear communication to leadership.
  • User Enablement & Training: Oversee training materials, onboarding programs, and continuous improvement through user feedback.
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop application services teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Identify risks, manage resources, and ensure budget adherence.
Qualifications
