A higher education institution in Seremban is seeking a qualified candidate to manage the Student Affairs & Alumni Office. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, establishing procedures, facilitating student registrations, and managing alumni engagement. STRATEGIC ROLE

Promote a culture of respect, resilience, and well-being among students by applying equity, equality, creative and innovative approaches in student affairs management.
Manage the daily operations of the Student Affairs & Alumni Office (SAA).
Establish, review, and update SAA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Lead the preparation and ensure the smooth conduct of new student registration and orientation.
Plan, organise, evaluate, and advise student activity initiatives.
Manage the application of scholarships, study loans, and other financial aid for students.
Manage and promote student mobility / inbound and outbound student exchange programmes.
Manage the database and engagement with alumni.
Oversee the guidance and counselling services provided to students.
Oversee the smooth operations of the Student Care Centre (SCC).
Responsible for establishing the Student Representative Council (SRC) in accordance with the University Constitution and monitoring its functions.
Serve as secretary for the Student Affairs and Alumni Committee chaired by the DVC (SAA).
Coordinate and conduct student disciplinary procedures.
Assist in planning and organising the university convocation.
Plan the departmental budget and monitor expenses.
Assist the DVC (SAA) in departmental staff training and development.
Conduct staff annual performance appraisals.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the DVC (SAA) and the management from time to time.
Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in any field from a recognised university
Experience Required-Minimum 7 years of related working experience
Preferred Industry Exposure-Higher Education
Special Skills Required- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
