A leading chemical manufacturing company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Management Trainee to engage in a comprehensive multi-functional business rotation. This program includes hands-on exposure in logistics, sales support, supply chain, operations, and human resources. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's Degree, strong MS Office skills, and be self-motivated. This position offers an attractive allowance of up to RM4,000/month, with opportunities for career advancement across various departments.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Local Logistics / Sales Support Rotation
Gain exposure to chemical logistics operations from order processing to delivery execution.
Collaborate with transporters, warehouses & customers to ensure timely deliveries and troubleshoot logistical challenges.
Supply Chain Rotation
Learn the fundamentals of end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement, inventory control, import/export coordination and documentations.
Track shipment status, monitor transit performance, and resolve logistical issues.
Operations Rotation
Gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations and material handling processes.
Ensure warehouse practices comply with safety, regulatory, and chemical handling standards.
Attend customer visits with a senior Sales representative to observe client engagement and relationship management.
Assist in the preparation of Sales Quotations, proposals, and pricing documents.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.
Human Resources Rotation
Learn the end-to-end HR process covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Staff Engagement.
Understand HR compliance practices and employee relations in a corporate & manufacturing working environment.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Gain a 360° understanding of organizational operations across multiple key business functions.
Build cross-functional communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
Develop readiness for permanent placement in areas such as Human Resource, Local Logistics / Sales Support, Supply Chain, Operations and Sales.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field/discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute across multiple business functions
