Responsibilities

Production

• Daily management of front‑line workers in the production department according to production control requirements.
• Provide support to the production team in daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise and provide product guidance to production staff, including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime and other relevant data, and prepare reports for management review.

QA

• Ensure all products are maintained in quality, packed in the right packaging and produced in a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan.
• Achieve QC or QA operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day‑to‑day activities and identifying gaps and problems.
• Assist with returned sample inspection, conduct root cause and failure analysis investigations on all returns and take corrective action.
• Maintain inspection records, quality‑related documents, codes, standards and specifications.

Warehouse

• Responsible for job assignments for technicians, monthly shift scheduling and overtime control.
• Supervise and inspect technicians' work quality and discipline.
• Conduct 6S inspections in the assigned area.
