Chery Malaysia is excited to welcome ambitious and motivated individuals to our Management Trainee Program. This 6-month program is designed to fast-track fresh graduates into key roles within the company. Trainees will rotate across various departments—including Production, R&D, Sales, Brand & Marketing, Product, Dealer Network Management, Aftersales, Finance, HR, and Purchasing—to gain a full understanding of our operations.
To build a strong foundation in vehicle production and assembly, the first rotation will take place at the Shah Alam production plant (Quality/Logistics Department) for one month. Starting from the second month, trainees will rotate to the department of their choice, located either in KL or Shah Alam.
