Job summary

A leading recruitment platform is seeking candidates for an operations management role in Kuala Selangor, Malaysia. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with SOPs, and monitor sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting outlet inspections, recruitment, and ensuring health and safety regulations. Candidates must have at least a Higher Secondary qualification and be proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin. Willingness to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma.
  • Able to communicate/written in English, Malay and Mandarin.
  • Computer literate is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week & support on weekends/public holiday.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and work closely with the Operations Manager for smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor outlet SOPs and compliance.
  • Ensure sales targets are met.
  • Conduct periodic outlet inspections with reports.
  • Monitor manpower levels and conduct recruitment.
  • Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Handle new outlet openings and related hiring.
  • Fulfill reporting and meeting requirements.
  • Coordinate with all company departments.

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Manage and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the outlets daily operations matter.
  2. Monitor the outlet standard operating procedures (SOPs) including ensuring that all outlets are compliance with the SOPs.
  3. Monitor sales targets of all the outlets, to ensure overall company sales target is met.
  4. Conduct periodic outlets inspection in a prompt and adequate manner and produce an inspection report with findings and solutions to management.
  5. Monitor the manpower level of each outlet and conduct recruitment to ensure sufficient manpower to operate in each outlet.
  6. Health and safety code compliance and sanitation standards.
  7. New outlet opening, include matters not limited to outlet equipment ordering, including raw material ordering, and hiring & training of new outlet staffs.
  8. Fulfill all reporting and meeting requirements.
  9. Coordinate & cooperate with all the company departments
Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma.
  2. Able to communicate/written in English, Malay and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  3. Computer literate is an added advantage.
  4. Willing to work 6 days a week & support on weekends /public holiday as & when required.
  5. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
