This includes verifying and approving Sales Deduction conditions and payments, reviewing submission documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, strong communication skills, and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MsOffice is essential, while SAP and Business Warehouse knowledge is a plus.

Job description

Management Accounting Specialist (Trade Spend)

Provides support to Sales & Marketing team which mainly focus on Trade Spend Operation by Channel partners. This includes verification and approval of Sales Deduction (SD) condition & payments according to Sales Agreement & incentive plans.

Primary function includes sales support area in Trade Spend – Sales Deduction submission in Samsung NERP for specific Channel/Product/Business division.

This includes reviewing accurate evidence documents from Sales/Marketing PIC for submission of SD conditions and payment settlement by each Channel per stipulated timeline.

Review and monitor sufficient funds available for incentive pay out

Concurrently ensure Sales Deduction submission is based on approved Sales Agreement or Division’s Margin Structure and adhering to GPPM & TIM guidelines.

Maintain effective communication across BU & customers for all SConnect promotions. This includes resolving claim request discrepancies by investigating documentation and supporting documents.

Facilitating Sales & Marketing in submitting their promotional activities in Samsung NERP system & review promotion progress vs MCS & SConnect system

To ensure successful teamwork in our organization and fulfill Samsung’s policies & procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance-related major (Business Admin, Business Studies), or an equivalent from a recognized institution (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
• Good communication skills with Customer focus, action oriented and a good planner.
• A person who is analytical and creative with an ability to employ good business acumen.
• Proficiency in MsOffice is required and SAP, Business Warehouse will be an added advantages
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
