Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance:
- Perform maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems for production and facility equipment;
- Diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot issues and carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Equipment Management:
- Conduct regular inspections, servicing and adjustments to maintain equipment performance;
- Ensure machines and systems are functioning efficiently by adhering to maintenance schedules.
Coordination and Reporting:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operational workflows;
- Document all repairs and maintenance activities in accordance with the companys standards;
- Report mechanical/electrical issues and recommend improvement measures.
Inventory and Tools Management:
- Manage maintenance-related tools and spare parts inventory;
- Coordinate with suppliers for necessary spare parts procurement.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Education: High School, Diploma and above with Certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology (Power).
- Skills: Ability to operate machinery and perform mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repairs;
- Basic computer knowledge to document reports and track maintenance activities;
- Proficiency in communicating in Chinese will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience: Some programs may require prior experience in the electrical field for admission.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and machinery;
- A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems with attention to safety standards;
- Work Conditions - Able to work in a factory environment, involving physical labor and working with heavy machinery.
