Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team for plant equipment, repair works, and improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and reliability engineering strategies.
  • Oversee maintenance budgets and propose cost‑effective improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve machinery and equipment issues related to safety, productivity, and quality.
  • Provide engineering support for equipment upgrades, automation projects, and new installations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations (DOE, JKKP, DOSH, etc.).
  • Drive continuous improvement and staff development through training and career progression.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee commissioning of new equipment.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and life safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and maintenance methodologies (TPM preferred).
