Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies aligned with operational goals
- Plan, manage, and continuously improve equipment and machinery maintenance programs
- Review maintenance procedures, specifications, and equipment design
- Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead maintenance-related CAPEX projects and conduct post-performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SHE requirements
