Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on food production machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and carry out corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Handle ad hoc repair tasks and respond promptly to breakdowns during operations.
• Monitor and maintain building systems such as air-conditioning, electricals, and plumbing.
• Ensure machines like grinders, mixers, packing equipment, and conveyors are running efficiently.
• Calibrate and clean machinery in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
• Liaise with external service providers or suppliers when necessary.
• Support production team during start-up, shutdown, or equipment changeover processes.
• Ensure all tasks are performed according to SOPs, food safety, and HALAL & MESTI requirements.
