MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE / SENIOR MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE

Hiap Teck Venture Berhad is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility in Meru, Selangor. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our production equipment and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies and programs to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency

Coordinating and supervising the work of maintenance teams, including technicians and tradespeople

Analyzing maintenance data and identifying opportunities for improvement

Collaborating with production and engineering teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities

Ensuring maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations

To prepare and maintain a proper and effective filing system for maintenance records, machine specification, technical drawing, etc.

Preparing maintenance budgets and monitoring expenditures

Review the operation of plant equipment and system constantly to minimize unplanned downtime anticipate solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement

Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and procedures
