Oakwood Cameron Highlands is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Executive to join our team in the picturesque Cameron Highlands. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the property by overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all building systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance for all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety equipment
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialised repairs or installations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment servicing
  • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance policies, SOPs, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to the maintenance team to maintain high work standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks, including paperwork, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance-related systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
