Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Organizes and performs engineering and maintenance activities related to the installation, modification, troubleshooting, repairs, calibration and maintenance of equipment to ensure that they are safe, efficient, reliable, and meet GMP/regulatory/production requirements.
• Prepare maintenance work plan for all plants and equipment installation and commissioning.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan, identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Develop, prioritize, and submit project plans, budgets and methodologies of projects. Evaluate changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, timeline of a project.
• Support production in equipment maintenance, process, quality, and productivity improvement. Provide technical aid for adjustment of processing equipment and new equipment.
• Developing and implementing maintenance plans to minimize and eliminate interruption to manufacturing that lead to production loss.
• Developing, motivating and training of his/her maintenance/engineering teams and building talent capability of his/her team members to provide responsive and cost-effective services.
• Plan, prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and project deadline are met.
• Manage all equipment/machinery to ensure good equipment reliability and efficiency include MHE such as forklift.
• Manage and maintain factory building including company hostel, facilities and ground. Ensure timely response to service requests.
• Manage environment, machinery matters and coordinate with the local government authorities.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for all equipment/machineries in a timely manner.
• Respond and attend to all breakdown of equipment/facilities promptly and efficiently.
• Identify the causes of breakdown of the machines/equipment and include it in the preventive schedule to ensure no repetition.
• Maintain and record all breakdown incidents. Maintain machineries/equipment to monitor performance and facilitate future trouble shooting /reference.
• Oversee and manage all out-source facilities/equipment contract maintenance and supplier/contractor.
• Arrange specialized procurement of fixtures, fittings, or components.
• Plan and maintain the spare parts inventory especially for critical items.
• Carry out plant improvement projects, repairs, maintenance, and fabrication work as part of continuous improvement activities with safety concern.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Ensure works carried out are comply with the company’s tools and processes necessary for tracking, planning and resolution of non-conformities.

Qualifications
