Job summary

Job description

Assess existing preventive maintenance procedures, recommend improvements, and prepare reports for management review.

Investigate equipment breakdowns, provide troubleshooting support, and monitor equipment performance after repairs to minimize downtime.

Ensure preventive maintenance for all plant equipment, machinery, and physical assets is carried out as scheduled, with emergency troubleshooting support available when required.

Oversee work performed by external contractors to ensure proper quality and compliance, and report any non-conformities.

Conduct maintenance and inspections according to schedule, and ensure proper storage and care of punches and dies to maintain good condition.

Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and system repair works are properly executed and completed on time, with adequate maintenance support provided.

Recommend equipment or machinery upgrades and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Liaise with JKKP on inspection and audit matters, and update the Maintenance Manager on progress.

Perform any additional tasks assigned from time to time.
