Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of general building and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Schedule and oversee regular inspections and servicing to maintain properties in good working condition.
• Manage inventory records of parts, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Carry out general maintenance work and create periodic maintenance schedules.
• Design preventive maintenance programs and conduct daily unit inspection rounds to verify proper functioning.
• Identify and highlight any needs for future upgrades.
• Perform other duties as requested by customer services.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all company workspaces, performing general repairs as needed.
• Set up homestay units.
• Provide general administrative support to the Administration team.
• Manage company vehicle servicing and maintenance to keep vehicles in good condition.
• Work after hours with overtime paid.
• Travel outstation monthly to Kuantan, Ipoh, Malacca, etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Responsible, reliable, independent, with a sense of urgency.
• Honest, professional at all times.
• Capable of multitasking and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Skills in plumbing, air-conditioning servicing and troubleshooting, wiring & electrical; basic carpentry is an advantage.
• Full‑time position available.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RM 2,200 to RM 2,500 per month.

Schedule & Location

Working hours: 9:30 am – 6 pm. Overtime after 6 pm.

Location: Fair Park Ipoh, with monthly outstation travel to Kuantan, Ipoh, Malacca, etc.
