Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance works within hotel premises.
• Attend to electrical breakdowns and maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment, facilities, and systems.
• Support the Security & Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations in accordance with SOPs.
• Monitor maintenance spare parts inventory and maintain proper records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and health regulations.
• Set up, configure, and support AV equipment for events across 22 function rooms.
• Provide on-site AV technical support during events and conduct daily AV equipment checks.
• Assist sales teams and event organizers during site visits and last-minute event setups.
• Coordinate with outsourced AV vendors when required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / SKM / “O” Level or Diploma in Building Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical, Air-Conditioning, or related field.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or AV support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic AV systems.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and service quality.
• Credit in SPM English and Mathematics preferred.
