Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in mainframe application development.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements by collaborating with the Technical lead.
• Development of complex programs as needed.
• Prepare and execute Unit Test (UT) conditions and cases.
• Conduct code reviews and independent testing.
• Manage batch execution for testing cycles.
• Provide support during implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents.

• Must have (maximum of 5 bullet points) 1. COBOL, CICS, VSAM, IMS or DB2, JCL, Utilities like DFSORT, ICETOOL, Tools like Endevor, XPEDITOR, Webservices (WSDL, JSON)
• 2. Design & good analytical skills
• 3. SDLC (Software Engineering/System Development Cycles)
• 4. Good Communication skills (written & verbal)
• 5. Work on an Agile setup Nice to have REXX, COMPUWARE Workbench, Webservices IMEX system/ Trade Domain knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the technical changes & able to raise queries to Technical lead to understand the requirement
• Development (should able to modify/develop complex programs)
• Prepare UT condition & cases
• UT cases execution and UT log preparation
