Job summary

A manufacturing company in Kerteh is looking for a dedicated operational worker. The role involves assisting production supervisors to achieve targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe working environment. Candidates should have at least an SPM or PMR qualification and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. This position requires a hardworking and disciplined individual ready to work overtime and on shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or PMR is required.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational and general duties as per procedures.
• Assist production supervisor in daily tasks.
• Ensure a neat and safe working area.

• Carry out basic maintenance of machinery.
• Organize work area for efficiency and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible to perform operational and general duties according to the established procedures and work instructions.

2. Responsible to assist production supervisor on the daily works and ensure that production target being achieved according to the planning schedule without delay.

3. Responsible to ensure neat, clean and safe working area.

4. Responsible to ensure the quality of product being achieved.

5. Responsible to carry out basic maintenance or repair of the machinery/equipment under personal care.

6. Responsible to organize work area for a more efficient, higher quality and safer working with respect to safety, health and environment regulation.

7. Any other duties that may be given by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or PMR.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to understand simple English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work overtime and shift basis.
