Job description

To assist mechanical & electrical (M&E) team to perform planning, design, drawing and equipment submission and execution of all M&E works.

To coordinate with consultant and sub-contractors on M&E work, architectural and structural disciplines.

Review quality manuals, procedures and specifications to ensure adequacy and conform to contract requirements.

Assist in supervision, assembly, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.

To assist M&E manager by checking monthly progress claim submitted by M&E contractors and other suppliers.

Requirements

8 years of relevant working experience in the management of construction project preferably in commercial building.

Applicants must be willing to work nationwide; accommodation will be provided by the company.

Official working hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Applicants must be willing to commit to working beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays.

1 year contract position (there is possibilities to extend or renew the contract).
