Your Key Accountabilities:

• Liaise with relevant parties on all MEP matters including the management of consultants and contractors.
• Develop design concept & outline requirements to consultants and in line with the organisation's direction.
• Involvement from design stage, design development, project implementation, construction, completion & DLP periods.
• Review design drawings and specification ensuring the functionality, practicality, constructability, and compliances of the projects.
• Total cost management of project's MEP works, including value engineering study and cost analysis, corrective actions reviews.
• Initiate and research to understand latest design trends in the market including new compliance and guideline impacting the projects.
• Explore alternative or new design and product specifications beneficial to projects.
• Responsible for coordinating all M&E works in the projects with consultants and contractors to resolve design and site construction issued raised.
• Tender drawings, constructiondrawings and shop drawings approval (if needed) to ensure smooth progress and high quality design in the development of projects.

Requirements

Qualification: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

• 4 to 5 years of experience in project construction management/consultancy.
• Strong understanding of entire real estate project management lifecycle from acquisition to project completion.

Technical Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering in building services.
• Familiar with MS Office and project management tools/software.
• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and proactive.
