M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Assist Project Manager / Project Manager

Raiden M & E Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) components of our construction projects in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will manage all phases of M&E projects, ensuring they are completed ontime, within budget, and according to industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all M&E project activities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, elv system and fire protection.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Lead the commissioning, testing, and handover of M&E systems.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide technical expertise during project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and as-built drawings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in M&E project management.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards, such as UBBL, MS IEC, or equivalent.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
