Job Details
  • Design & Strategy: Evaluate and refine M&E designs for compliance and cost-effectiveness, providing strategic input for sustainable, efficient systems. This includes leading the adoption of innovative technologies (e.g., smart building applications) and managing infrastructure design/authority submissions.
  • Tendering & Procurement: Support the tendering process through technical review and evaluation. Actively participate in value engineering to optimize costs and performance without compromising standards.
  • Construction & Quality: Supervise M&E site installation against approved specifications, managing documentation (shop drawings, materials), and conducting coordination meetings to resolve technical issues swiftly.
  • Commissioning & Handover: Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and final handover, followed by managing defect resolution.
  • Expertise: Requires strong knowledge of M&E design across strata/non-strata developments, infrastructure compliance (including data centers), and sustainable building practices.
