About the Job

We are seeking result‑oriented individuals for multiple project‑based roles focusing on the successful execution of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems. These positions require a proactive, “hands‑on” approach to translate high‑level strategy into concrete site actions and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of M&E systems, ensuring compliance with established processes and respect for project deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors to solve project bottlenecks and provide realistic estimation of delivery lead times.
• Process Improvement: Constantly recommend adaptation and improvement of the processes to improve the efficiency of site operations.
• Project Controls: Track and report indirect project costs and contribute to business planning efforts to ensure accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of materials and equipment for new project phases.

Skills & Experience Required

To thrive in this systematic environment, candidates must demonstrate technical precision and strong ownership of their projects.

• Professional Experience: Manager/APM – minimum 5–8 years of working experience in project management, commercial analysis, or demand planning within a construction or engineering context.
• Engineer – minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E, Construction, or related engineering fields.
• Industry Background: Experience in Residential, Commercial, or Industrial construction (including sectors like E&E, EMS, or Industrial Machinery) is highly preferred.
• Technical Acumen: Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, ability to facilitate meetings and communicate with senior management, high attention to detail, and a problem‑solving mindset.
