Qualifications

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia.

  • High level of personal presentation and grooming.

Responsibilities

  • Operate PABX system to route calls.
  • Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle wake-up call requests and ensure timely delivery.

Skills

Professional and courteous telephone etiquette
Strong listening skills
Calm in high-pressure situations
Excellent verbal communication in English
Familiarity with hotel communication systems
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
