• 2+ years experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, customer service, or concierge.
• HSK K-advanced level in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, written and spoken.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize workloads and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Service members politely and professionally at all times.
• Design requests for restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, and more.
• Manage requests within agreed deadlines and propose excellent options.
• Stay updated on lifestyle trends in the APAC market.
• Engage with members to maximize service value.
