• Lead the technical and engineering development of utility-scale solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee, review, and approve all design and engineering phases, ensuring timely and budget‑compliant project delivery.
• Provide on-site technical leadership, conducting site studies, layout optimization, and assisting in construction and commissioning.
• Manage contracts and relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• SEDA GCPV and/or OGPV certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in solar PV design and engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in solar PV fundamentals, electrical engineering, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVcase, RatedPower, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
