About the role As a Loss & Claims Investigation Specialist at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and resolution of lost or misplaced parcels within our KL Eco City Kuala Lumpur operations. This full-time position is essential in maintaining our high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily lost parcel cases across branches, sorting centers, and transport units to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Follow up on overdue, incomplete, or insufficient investigation cases with responsible units.
• Analyze root causes of lost parcels (e.g., missed scans, parcel mix-ups, transport negligence) using tracking data and operational records.
• Develop preventive measures and improvement plans for high-risk stations or recurring issues.
• Record violations by responsible units and enforce corrective actions, including warnings, penalties, or follow-ups.
• Compile key metrics (lost parcel numbers, loss rates, responsibility distribution, compensation costs) and perform trend/risk analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to provide management with accurate data for decision-making.
