Overview

A Food Manufacturing Delivery Driver has a specialized role that involves transporting food products from manufacturing warehouses, or distribution centers to retailers, restaurants, or other businesses. This job requires strict adherence to food safety regulations, time sensitivity, and proper handling of perishable goods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload food items (raw materials, packaged goods, daily fresh made product) from the manufacturing facility.
• Deliver products to supermarkets, restaurants, wholesalers, or other designated locations.
• Ensure timely deliveries to maintain product freshness and meet customer demands.
• Follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and FDA/USDA (or local food authority) regulations for food transportation.
• Maintain proper temperature control for refrigerated/frozen goods (if applicable).
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and sanitized to prevent contamination.
• Inspect products for damage, spoilage, or leaks before and after transit.

Qualifications

• Truck driving experience: 1 year (Preferred)
