Job description

We are seeking a LORRY DRIVER Cum TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT to join our team at KEJURUTERAAN PEMBINAAN MAJU JAYA SDN BHD in Menglembu, Perak. We are an IWK contractor company, repairing and servicing pumps and motors for IWK sewerage treatment plants. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our services.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate and maintain the company’s lorry materials and equipment to the work site
• Assist the technical team with the installation, repair, and maintenance of Pumps & Aerators
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues or concerns to the management team
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on-site
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and Road tax & Insurance details

What we’re looking for

• Valid GDL license holder with a clean driving record
• Maintains a good attendance record, punctual & always on time
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Must be disciplined and follow instructions from management
