Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow delivery schedules and adhere to traffic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily deliveries based on delivery orders.
• Ensure all deliveries are supported by relevant documents.
• Verify correct items, quantities, and packing sizes are delivered.
• Assist in monthly stock-taking processes.
• Maintain standard housekeeping in the store area.
• Load and unload containers when necessary.
• Deliver finished goods following the FIFO system.

Role Description

A Lorry Driver is responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to designated locations. The role includes loading and unloading items, maintaining the vehicle in good condition, following delivery schedules, and complying with traffic laws and company safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To arrange daily delivery according to delivery orders received.
• To ensure all deliveries are supported by relevant documents.
• To ensure the correct items, quantity and packing size are delivered.
• To assist in monthly stock taking process.
• To assist the Storekeeper in maintaining an adequate standard of housekeeping at the store area.
• To assist the Storekeeper in loading and unloading of containers, when necessary.
• To ensure that the finished goods are delivered according to First In First Out (FIFO) system.
